Do NOT use Tele 2 They are totally useless at Customer service. I have been a customer for 7-8 years and i decided to change my TV package. The TV package was changed same day. When i realised it was not what i expected I cancelled immediately. It took 2 weeks for the TV to be changed back and when it was changed back some of the functions didn't work. It took another 2 days to be back as it was. Effectively cancelling my order. Now i have to pay 3 months in advance for the TV as they say i ordered a new package, even though i am (Finally) back to the same package i had before. i have written emails without response, the Chat Bot is useless and when i spoke to a customer service rep they couldn't do anything to help. Very Slow, Very poor and no help. Stay away from Tele2 run for the hills if they call you. 1/10
Merciless company without a single drop of decency. I would never recommend them to anyone. I am a student now and cannot do anything about their misbehaviour. When I have the ability, I will sue them to the ground by god!
I had a mobile subscription in the past, and they raised my price without justification. I was already frustrated with their hidden fees. When I tried to cancel, the representative pressured me to accept a worse deal instead. Now, living in a place with a group deal set up with them, I've experienced frequent internet outages. It's unacceptable.
The salesperson was excessively pushy. In the end, I ended up with a phone subscription for 24 months instead of the 12 I wanted, along with an additional broadband service I didn't ask for. Now I have to figure out how to cancel it. I wouldn't recommend trusting their sales representatives over the phone.
They altered the price after I signed a contract binding me for a year, then removed the discount that prompted me to sign up. After reminding them that the terms had changed, they allowed me to cancel after much back and forth. However, they still charged me the full price for the following month due to their greed, and even requested I return my previous router.
I canceled my broadband and returned the modem. Half a year later, they still charged me. After another call, I received written confirmation of an end date 1.5 years later. Now, they've charged me for a modem returned 1.5 years ago. This is disgraceful, and I hope they face consequences.
Let’s get to the point: dealing with them is a nightmare. Reaching customer service can take 35 to 45 minutes. You might think they lack staff, but their online chatbot is unhelpful, often giving irrelevant information. I was trapped using their service due to their monopoly in my area. After a year, my monthly fee unexpectedly increased significantly without notification. I was assured it would be fixed, but I continued to be charged extra and unwanted services were added. The whole situation feels unethical and exploitative.
