I registered on the Tellwut website about 5 months ago based on the reviews I read on TrustPilot. It's a good site overall, with many surveys that suit everyone. Yesterday, I made my first cash-out request for $10, and now I'm waiting to see if they will send it to me as they claim, within a maximum of 7 days, or if they are an untrustworthy platform that won't send anything. After receiving the notice regarding the closure of my account on Tellwut, I would like to express my shock and disappointment at this decision. I was informed that my account was closed due to "security concerns" and allegations of "fraudulent answers" in surveys. I categorically deny these accusations and affirm that I have not violated any of the platform's terms of service.I have always used my Tellwut account in good faith and in full compliance with the rules and guidelines provided. I have never submitted fake or fraudulent answers, nor have I engaged in any unethical or prohibited activities. These allegations are unfounded and lack any specific evidence or details to support them.I kindly request that the Tellwut team provide the following: Specific details about the surveys or activities deemed "fraudulent." Evidence or reports supporting these allegations. A clear explanation of the alleged "security concerns."Without this information, I cannot adequately defend myself. I also urge you to reconsider the decision and conduct a thorough and impartial review of this matter.
