Ordered an Abel retro biker leather jacket. Measurements taken by professional dressmaker and sent to Scin, along with over US$1,000. Parcel was sent via Pakistani (thought it was USA made, not true). Jacket had totally wrong measurements in arms and chest, inches out. Email sent to company along with photos and now they’ve ghosts us, no reply 😡

I ordered a coat from leatherscin. It took roughly a month to receive it. The craftsmanship, material and color all meet my expectations. The fact that the company asked me to send my measurements was awesome. I highly recommend the company if you are searching for a leather coat
After receiving the jacket I was pleased with the quality, material and craftsmanship. Although it took a lot longer than I expected to get this jacket, I would purchase from Leather SCIN again.The customer service team is very helpful and respond in a positive way. I ordered a custom leather jacket for my wife from Leather Scin. However, once the order was in, they appeared to hand it off to Apparelnbags.com Inc, since these were the folks that reached out to me on WhatsApp about my order. I have no idea what the relationship between the two companies are. Apparelnbags asked for my wife's measurements, and I provided them. The completed jacket arrived about 2.5 weeks later, so I was impressed with their speed and their friendly service. However, the downside was that, despite providing the measurements, the jacket had a terrible fit: some measurements were too short (sleeves, chest) while others were too much (waist, armpit area, etc.). The company refused to take the jacket back (although they did give me a 20% refund, which is very nice!), so I was left to find a local tailor to attempt to fix the jacket. All in all, I think they are good company that means well, but their tailoring isn't great. They need to provide their customers with a diagram showing which measurements they need from which parts of the body, and then stick to those measurements.
