I don't know why it's so hard to find PURE, ORGANIC tempeh, but it is. It's even harder to find someone willing to ship it to me in Hawaii. The Tempeh Shop has the goods, and got it to me crazy fast, and still cool to the touch, even shipping in August! (Other companies told me it couldn't be done, AND YET, Tempeh Shop did it!) Best of all, I was absolutely knocked out by the quality of the tempeh! None of that plastic-y feel or weird taste. Everything is clear and delicious. It tastes like actual FOOD, and while lots of companies say things like "made with love" or whatever, you can't really taste it. Here, you can taste it. This is one of the best things I've ever found online, and you can bet that I'll be ordering again and again!
