This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever faced. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with no resolution from their poorly trained staff. I've raised concerns almost every other week about the unchanging, uninspiring ingredients. I refuse to keep spending my hard-earned money only to be met with indifference. I'm finished, and the company doesn't seem to recognize that. If I don't receive confirmation in the next 24 hours, I will be reporting this as fraud to the appropriate authorities. Please take this seriously.
