The thing i bought fell apart literally direct after opening it for the first time, and after we send an email about that to the company asking for a new one, they made some stupid excuse that return time is only like limited time and that we are too late. Terribly service, it was your mistake, admit it and fix it, it was never about returning it anyway, just getting what you paid for.

Delivery was late despite a clear commitment, so I refused the parcel. Even then, the company kept my money for an extended time instead of issuing an immediate refund, which is unacceptable.On top of that, the products are shipped directly from China, raising concerns about quality and transparency, especially given the €15–€20 price for items that cost cents at other China’s distributors...Poor communication, missed deadlines, and unjustified retention of funds. Proceed with caution, but trust me - just order from temu or alliexpress…
Ordered way before Christmas, said delivery would be 5-7 days. Said they tried to delivery today, I've been home all day and no1 rang doorbell or even left a note to say they have attempted. Very disappointed, needed them for a Christmas gift. I even contacted Customer service and not a peep out them. Won't be ordering again.
Awful customer serviceIts hard for me to believe that the reviews below are not written by bots. I placed my order 5 days ago, paid extra for priority shipping and then ...crickets. Customer support does not reply to emails (not even automated email replies?) at least acknowledging that they would be working on this request. Probably a scam. Do not recommend.
I really love my button clips. The quality is so nice and they really are the accessoire that makes a difference. The shipping is fast even thought I’m from France. The client service replays the same day if there’s any issue and find a best solution.
Almost a month!!! Still waiting for my order. They don’t have a great communication or customer service. I emailed them couple of times, they didn’t come back to me until write a comment on instagram. They said the product I ordered is sold out but they have the new arrivals. Still waiting , emailed again and again, no reply, no solution!!!
