I didn't have much experience with VPS systems and Ubuntu at all. Hopefully the support chat (Josh) has helped me get my access to the VNC and SFTP without much effort. He's amazing!!! Terabit has been helpful to my needs in any way I can think, going as far to suggesting discounts etc because of money troubles. Not only is their hardware great, but the people who lead the company are great too! If I gather enough money, I can see myself working with these guys in the near future. This company has good DDoS protection on their servers too, and a range of different server types you can host. Multitude of games too. Fairly priced and liable. Haven't seen my server go down a single time unless it was me doing it manually or an issue I made.Highly recommend!!
