The item I ordered was not delivered, and I received a message saying it was dropped off a twelve-mile round trip away, including parking. The delivery service claimed they attempted to deliver to my house, which is untrue as I was home all day. I paid extra for early delivery and reached out to the support team, but my emails were completely ignored. What's the point of paying for early delivery?
I finally got my coat, but the level of customer service left a lot to be desired. They claimed they couldn't trace my order, and one representative even mentioned that their system was blocked from tracking. I genuinely think they were just making excuses.
