Truly recommend this company! I ordered a set of cups and saucers. The delivery company messed up and sent my order back. Galartsy customer service immediately ordered a replacement order. One saucer arrived shattered. I contacted the company again and within a day they had responded and sent a replacement. Their customer service made me feel like I was the most important customer and they ensured I was pleased with my order. The quality of the items is superb.
It was the most amazing gift I have ever received. As a huge Vincent Van Gogh fan this made me wipe like a child. The comfort, the art work and sustainability of the shoe is amazing. But you need to be carful when you wash and brush it. I also have the cardigan which is very warm for the cold weather. It’s so beautiful.
