AVOID THIS SERVICE, They did not fulfill my order. After two months and numerous emails, I was informed that my items were returned to them by the post office. They stated that if I still wanted the items, I would need to pay additional admin and postal fees. I requested a refund but have not received any response since. I later found the same products on another platform at a lower price. AVOID THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.
Avoid this service! I was initially overcharged and later received a refund for the difference. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped, but that request was denied. The tracking link was ineffective. The item finally arrived after 1.5 months and was of EXTREMELY LOW quality. I feel cheated.

I ordered a pair of socks on 29/10/25 for a Christmas gift, but they didn't arrive in time! After exchanging many emails, I received tracking numbers and was told to wait. The price was much higher than advertised, so I expected better service, which I didn't get. The socks arrived four days after Christmas and were of poor quality, not as advertised. Avoid this company at all costs!
Extremely dissatisfied, I ordered two pairs of novelty sloth socks eight weeks ago. They still haven't arrived and I keep receiving fake tracking numbers. Every email I send gets a reply with more fake tracking numbers. FRAUDULENT seller. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I ordered some socks over a month ago and the tracking indicated they were returning due to an incomplete address, although the address was correct. When I contacted them for a refund, they claimed they wouldn’t receive them back, so I can't get a refund. To resend, I'd have to pay again—no chance, scammers everywhere.
I ordered on 1st November and still haven't received my order. I've contacted them several times and was told to be patient. I was then informed that it had arrived in Manchester on 30th November but now I’m told it has been resent. I will be requesting a refund now. I won’t be ordering from them again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible company. I ordered knitted sloth socks and received a very cheap, poor-quality pair. I contacted the seller, and after they took £15 from my account, they offered another pair and £2 compensation if I was still unhappy. I requested a full refund as I didn’t receive what was advertised, and after numerous emails, their response was... We tried our best!!! They know they have no consequences, and it's shocking that such companies can advertise on social media. I'm upset with myself for not checking reviews first. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I’ve been waiting for my item for four weeks now. I’ve contacted the seller three times and each time they say they will contact the courier and to be patient. My patience ran out after the fourth week, and I will be claiming my money back. I should’ve checked the reviews first and I advise others to do the same. I received it on 30th December after nine weeks. When I opened the package, it fell apart. Please avoid this company.
