I've been a loyal customer for many years, and I would rate the company five stars overall. However, my recent experience with an employee in the deli was extremely disappointing. I was looking for a whole chicken on sale and noticed the employee was busy. I asked where the whole chickens were, and he told me to wait. After a few minutes of waiting without any assistance, I raised my voice to get his attention, but he ignored me. When he finally approached, I asked for his name, and he rudely refused to provide it, telling me to leave if I didn't like it. I was infuriated and insisted that he treat me like a customer. After sharing my experience with the cashier, I learned that others have faced similar issues with this employee. Thankfully, the customer service representative handled the situation well, apologizing and offering me a discount. While I appreciate the resolution, the initial encounter was unacceptable. The company should reconsider employing individuals who display such poor customer service, as it negatively impacts the shopping experience. Despite this incident, I still value the company and hope they address this issue.

I ordered a prime rib for dinner through a delivery app, but it was poorly packaged with the green beans. The plastic on the prime rib was ripped, and the green beans were contaminated with meat juice. This is unacceptable. The company needs to improve their bagging techniques to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper packaging of meat.
