Poor delivery and communication

I ordered a box of wine as a present over three weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Rebellious Wine has not been responding to any emails or when I've left voice messages. I'm £60 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I was recommended Rebellious Goods as the best place to buy wine in London (needed to be delivered next day for a friends Birthday). The team were extremely helpful and had a custom order set up within 30 minutes of me contacting them. The items were delivered as expected the next day and the recipient was over the moon with the wine. Would highly recommend for both selection and service!

Amending my review

Amending my review - was upset that the package hadn’t been delivered on time and there wasn’t any communication with me, but emerges that this was DHL. Rebellious Goods actually went above and beyond to try to deliver the parcel on time.

Excellent Customer Service

DHL had mishandled my order and my package never arrived as a gift to my intended recipient. RG reached out and re-sent the items plus extra and was able to track down the offer. Will be ordering again.
