Support is unreachable! I canceled my order within 10 minutes, but was told I needed to do it within 30 minutes according to the website. There’s no phone support available. All my emails have been ignored. No refund and no items received. Very disappointing!

This is my second time using this service for my personalized phone cover, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my covers. Although the delivery took some time, the quality is worth the wait. My first cover lasted over a year, and regular wear and tear prompted me to get a new one. I'm very pleased and will definitely purchase again.
I've used this service twice. The first experience was seamless, and the personalized phone case was exactly what I wanted. The second time, I received the wrong case just five days before Christmas, but they managed to send me my original order a couple of days later. I can't fault them; the quality of the case is also excellent. The pictures add a personal touch. I will certainly order from them again.
The wrapping paper arrived on schedule and was of excellent quality, with the image printed exactly as I ordered. The recipient was very impressed. There was a fold in it, but I was aware of this beforehand as it was mentioned on the website. You can order without a fold, but it wasn’t a concern for me. Highly recommended!
It's nearly impossible to contact customer service. I emailed them on the 8th and haven't received a response. I tried the live chat, which advised to wait 24 hours, but it's been 72 hours without any communication. This is unacceptable.
Do not order from this service. I placed my order on November 24, paying for 48-hour tracked shipping, but it didn't arrive until December 6. I followed up about the delivery and asked for a refund on the shipping, but my request was ignored. The wrapping paper arrived in a color that was supposed to be berry red, but it's more burgundy/brown. I asked for a refund and was told I have to pay for return shipping, even though the item is not as described. A total waste of time.
I feel completely scammed. I ordered a phone case for a Christmas gift, expecting it to arrive in 2-3 working days. I placed my order on December 5, and two weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. When I emailed them, they claimed they were behind on orders. I asked for expedited shipping and if they could guarantee delivery by Christmas, to which they said yes. Christmas has come and gone, and I still haven't received my case. I've tried to reach out again, but they are ignoring me. Avoid this company!
