Driver late 10 minutes, smaller car than expected, not dirty but not very clean, strong parfume smell, my daughter was almost to vomit and open the window but the driver doesn’t want. He releases us far from departure instead one of us was walking with crutches. He looks more occupied for the next passenger pick up.

Exceptional service from the moment I booked until the journey concluded. The support team maintained contact leading up to the booking date to ensure I had all the necessary information for a great experience. On the day, the driver reached out as well, and the trip was very enjoyable with him. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and my dog was allowed in the carrier.
