Ok it's been 14 days my order hasn't shipped I was told after 25 emails the usps messed up then I contact them they say no package was received so I was lied to then they said they'd reship my order last week still haven't and I'm A REPEAT CUSTOMER!I want my 300$ back or my gear!

This company represents themselves out of North Carolina but are in Oregan. The open chat window on the site goes ignored while they have a captcha that doesn't allow you to contact them or email them. The phone number also doesn't work. They gave me an invalid tracking number that just sits.
I'm going to give this two stars but it's one star. I just want more visibility in lower ratings. I had ordered from them a few times and I got my product. I then ordered and the package was apparently delivered. I never saw it. I brought this to their attention. It took roughly 9 days until they responded. They said that I'm entitled to a replacement based on their policies and then ghosted me for 2 weeks and are still currently ghosted.
They misrepresented themselves. I was under the impression I was dealing with with a company in North Carolina. Turns out they are in Oregon. Anything that is shipped from the west coast takes an extra week because they can’t get up and do their job in the proper time . Hate being lied to to
