After a few days the tracking disappear and they are saying they can't see any order with tracking number.
When trying to write to them the email gets pushed back.
No one to contact.
Product should have been shipped to Denmark. Looks clearly like fraud.
As you can see in their comments they are saying that they have tried to reach out to me, However as mentioned previously, the email gets pushed back when I try to reply to their email.
I did not recieve my package, and did not get any notifications about it. I had to ask air up AI to help me and that’s when i was informed that my package has been delivered although i did not recieve it. It then helped me to replace the order free of charge and i hope that i will recieve it now. I would appreciate if i was contacted on my mobile phone AND via email that my package is arriving and when.
I mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address and feared I would need to contact customer support or cancel my order. Fortunately, I was able to update my shipping address through a chat option. It was very helpful and incredibly convenient!
I regret not trying this product earlier! I recently purchased two bottles, the Click version and a Steel one for work, and I'm really enjoying the bubblegum flavor pods. I also have Kola and Blue Raspberry flavors! This has definitely motivated me to drink more water, which I usually find quite dull. This product is a game changer for me. I'm really pleased I decided to give it a shot.

I ordered the Air Up Premium Therapy Bundle. The ordering process was smooth, and I received confirmation quickly, which stated delivery within 2–4 working days. I was excited—but unfortunately, the delivery didn’t quite meet that expectation.
Even though I placed my order on a Monday, it didn’t arrive until Saturday. I also wasn’t aware that someone needed to be home to receive it, so I missed the delivery and had to reschedule for collection, which delayed things by another three days. A bit frustrating.
That said, once I finally got the bottle, I was impressed. The build quality feels premium—sturdy, sleek, and comfortable to hold. The pods are really easy to use, and the whole scent-flavour trick genuinely works. It’s wild how my brain is completely convinced I’m drinking something flavoured when it’s just water.
Overall, the bottle is brilliant, the experience is fun, and the “taste” (or should I say smell!) is surprisingly good. I highly recommend it—I just wish the delivery had been quicker!
I received this bottle as a gift three months ago. Given the price, I expected better quality. The foil from the cap has come off, and the side hole leaks every time I take a sip. I've sent three emails to the support team using different addresses, but I've received no response. I cannot recommend this product, and once I finish my last flavor pod, the bottle will be thrown away.
