I ordered a blood type self-test from The Tester and never received the package.The tracking number shows that the shipment was returned to sender without ever being delivered to me.I contacted the store multiple times, but they ignored my refund request and instead told me I could get a new shipment only if I left a 5-star review on Trustpilot — before even receiving the product. That’s manipulative and dishonest.I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank.Avoid this store — poor customer service, no delivery, and unprofessional behavior.
