Review Time
I ordered a test and hadn’t received a tracking number so I emailed the company and left a bad review. The company responded straight away and had excellent communication throughout they apologised for the delay and dealt with it in a very kind way. I recieved my package and I’m delighted. The delivery took a little longer than I anticipated so just allow time for delivery but overall I’m very happy
I ordered and paid for a package on June 3rd with same-day shipping. However, I have not received any tracking code or any response from the support team at the-tester.com, despite having emailed them to inquire about my package. They seem unresponsive."June the 10th Update:Today at 11 AM, I received the tracking code from you via email, and at 12 PM, the postman attempted to deliver the package. Unfortunately, I was not prepared and was not at home. In the future, please send the tracking code in advance so that I can plan to be at home for the delivery. I still do not have any information about what will happen nextUpdate: Meanwhile they have offered me a refund two weeks ago, but I did not receive any refund nor did I receive the package as I already was in vacation when the package finally arrived. I will update as soon I will receive the refund.June the 27th Update:I got the following message from Trustpilot regarding The Tester: The Tester thinks you reviewed the wrong domain. Does that seem right? If so, please move your review to the right business profile within 3 days."
