Horrid support and a device that never worked!

Absolutely one of my worst crowd funding experiences. It took them ages to ship the initial unit, which, by the way, never worked. To their credit, after repeated requests for support, they shipped me another one that was supposedly Gen 2, which never worked either.All this would have been manageable had their support been any good. First they just responded late, a week or a month, and then eventually completely stopped responding when I asked for a refund on my subscription. They originally claimed they would provide the refund if I couldn't get my device to work in the Middle East. Believe it or not the same email thread lasted over two years from July, 2023 to October, 2025 when I finally gave up on trying to get my refund. It's just a crappy device with crappy coverage that costs a lot of money. I just wasted both the subscription and the device cost, but I wish I had not wasted my time and energy on trying to make this work or get my money back.Buyer beware!

The Airbolt is difficult to setup

The Airbolt is difficult to setup, has a hard time linking up, and tracking is horrible. Customer service is horrible with one excuse after another or just ignores you. I waited months for the product with hollow promises. Finally got it and now no response on any returns.

I have had my AirBolt for some time now. Absolutely brilliant!! Due to covid had not used it for a while and needed some help as forgot some aspects of use. Used the chat line for help which was extremely quick and VERY helpful!! Can’t praise this product and customer service enough!! Big Thankyou guy’s 😃

Best locks we have

We purchased these locks pre Covid. We finally got to use them and we love them. We used them on our luggage and turned on the app so we would know when our bags weee arriving at the luggage pick up area. We also used them on our back packs in Disney. They are great! Easy to get in and out of when on our pack packs. I had a question about the locks and customer service responded quickly and answered all my questions. This is a great lock and a great company. Highly recommend.
