Review Time
Not only do they steal money through tricky information presentation, but they also use the same manipulative tactics to get positive reviews (how manipulative exactly.. you've got to read till the end). I proceeded to pay for one file and ended up paying for a 39.95 euro subscription that appeared nowhere during the file purchase. It also did not appear in the list of subscriptions on my iPhone where I check to get reminded if I subscribed to any trials. After contacting them, I was informed that a refund would not be made due to their policy. Then I was sent a customer support evaluation email with two links: one saying ‘ good, satisfied’, the other ‘bad, not satisfied’. I clicked on the latter and it did not work due to ‘server issues’. The other worked perfectly fine. Big time scammers! (But hold on, that's not it yet.. )It gets better!! After this review has been posted, I got an email from them thanking me for my very honest review AND stating that my subscription is now active and will be charged next month, even though the previous customer support email REASSURED me that it had been cancelled and no future payments will be deducted. They literally count on people missing some info that is tucked away somewhere. The email that said my further subscription was cancelled came in bold letters. The latest one presented this information at the end of the email in simple letters. Unbelievable scammers!Update: after a lengthy conversation, I was told I have been issued a refund to be received within 14 working days. Did I receive it? Absolutely NOT. Where can I report these scammers so their butts would really start burning?? (Well, guys, I've started somewhere... let's see how it goes.) But I also gathered my bullets and came across more interesting information. Like their policy on EU people being able to get their money back, if they say they don't want the service within 14 days (which was not disclosed to me, of course). And probably the best for the end..FOR REAL REVIEWS, check Bestpdf company on TrustPilot, the one they link you to leave a review after you dare to complain (not Thebestpdf)(so as discussed earlier, good or bad link, links you to a false account anyway). Interesting, huh? I wonder —is it all just very immoral, or is it also a bit illegal???? As I mentioned, let's see how it goes.
