This company charges you 0.95 euros for converting a document and you are suscribing for 39.95 monthly in the small letters!!!!. They charge through 2 different companies TheBestPDF or Vthebestpdf. Be careful!!!!They are saying they fix it but I requested refund and they won't do it. They are supported by legal terms
I paid for the initial trial period and this of course was accepted by my credit card. I received an invoice confirming the amount 0,95 GBP. As I only needed the urgently needed programme for one file, I never made use of it again and bought a separate programme that was more useful. However, shortly after my initial payment in July 2025, two separate amounts - GBP 39,95 and EUR 49,95 - were deducted each month. I moved from one continent to another in August and have been very busy unpacking etc. only to discover the debits that have been going on for 4 months from my credit card last night.I immediately contacted customer service and received an immediate response promising to cancel "my subscription" and offering me a two year access free of charge.I responded by saying that I request a full refund and have not heard back from them since then (their promise of 24/7 response to customer enquiries clearly does not apply).Stay away from this website and offer!!!
