SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE!!.. all the good reviews are fake that have been added by themselves... they take your money and provisionally book your flights, then they don't pay the airline so your flights are cancelled but you are not notified, it was only by chance that I checked, these scammers continuously lie!. They try to make to you believe your tickets are valid and they will get your boarding passes for you but its just more lies. I kept calling Emirates each time they gave a new reservation number and the numbers were false and they confirmed my booking was never paid for by them (the scammers) and that my flights were non existing. They have lied about my refund being in my bank account after 2-3days I am still waiting!!.. fraud have been notified.. AVOID THIS FALSE TRAVEL COMPANY WHAT A ROBOTIC REPLY THERE YES I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER THATS GAVE MY MONEY ACROSS FOR NO TICKETS... AND NO REFUND!! THEY LIE EVERYDAY I CALL THEM!!! THERE IS NOTHING FAKE ABOUT THIS REVIEW!!!!
booked 4 tickets - obviously fake as they are asking additional money for another airlines etc. I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER - DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS WITH THEM. 100% FAKE I had confirmation from the airline that the issue described will not be an issue whilst travelling. I have received written confirmation by the airline. However this company cancelled my booking without any confirmation. They never confirm the booking in the first place. Now they dont even reply back to emails/phone calls. Always answer the call and say someone will call back. But no one does. BULLSHIT COMPANY - REFRAIN FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
SCAM ALERT ‼️ This company is a massive fraud. I purchased two ticket from them to go Saudi Arabia. After I made purchase, ticket did not arrive and after a couple of days later, they said my ticket price increased and I have to pay another £500 extra. I told them I don’t want this, give my money back. On 18th November 2024, they sent me an email that I’ll receive my refund within 7-10 days. After 10 days my money did not come, so I contacted them. They said apparently my bank is having technical issue and I’ll receive my money another 3 days later. And again my money did not come. I called them again and same thing they said money will come within Friday 6th December. Same thing, money did not come. I called them again and they ended the call. So I went to the bank yesterday and they reimbursed the money on behalf of them.Be careful guys, they are the biggest scammer I’ve ever encountered. Do NOT make any purchases with them and don’t get stressed like I did.
THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH BEST TRAVEL FARE, VIAFLIGHTS.CO.UK OR ANTIC TRIP.Made a booking on Thursday and was sent a booking confirmation. Received a call back 24h later to say they couldn't honour this and I needed to pay an extra £660 for a different flight with different travel times. Stupidly I didn't see the red flags. After 4 days of the booking not being found with the airline I contacted them direct. The airline confirmed this company has never made payment and the flights I supposedly had booked aren't real.Reported to the police, action fraud and the fraud team at the bank.DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE I DID. THIS IS A SCAM.Update - ignore this feedback because it's false. This 'company' pretend to issue refunds that their customers suspiciously never receive. I am absolutely a genuine customer of theirs and this review is 100% true, as are the countless other reviews which have all had the same bad experience.
