Review Time
This is a complete scam! Similar to other accounts here, I booked tickets at a low price, only to be told they were standby tickets and that I had to pay an additional £500 for each ticket. They then canceled the tickets on the day we were supposed to go to the airport. They promise refunds but never deliver. I lost over £15k for 7 tickets.
They took payment for the flights and sent what appeared to be a genuine confirmation and e-ticket, which the airline initially recognized. Now the airline claims it's canceled, and I can't reach the company by phone, email, or online chat. It seems they may have disappeared with my money.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Found them through JETTY search engine. Once booked they call you and say pay through email link they'll send you. You pay then a couple days later they call saying you owe more because the airline tickets for economy is sold out so need to upgrade and can't get money back because terms and conditions so you end up paying extra amount. Then they send you email with confirmation and flight details. Go to the airport and find out it's all a SCAM!!!! Call up they say airlines cancelled the flights so full refund will be issued. never received!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
I am not the person who usually writes reviews however what I went through the pain, I don’t want anyone else to feel like that, usually I am the person who buys tickets from reliable sites, I saw this site showing the same tickets I wanted very cheap, I paid for it and bought the tickets online, I get an email a day later saying my tickets has not been confirmed and if I still want to go and the tickets I need to pay extra and buy the tickets, when I spoke to them they said oh these things happens sometimes your tickets don’t get confirmed, I was very disappointed angry with them, I should have just asked for the refund then, I paid extra for the tickets, I waited 2 days for the tickets, after asking for the ticket email after email, finally I got the tickets, when I first checked online with Qatar airlines my tickets was there, just a week before I was going I checked the status of my flight it said there isn’t any tickets under my name, I contacted Qatar airlines asking them why isn’t my ticket available after them checking I was told my ticket was voided by the agency I booked with, when I contacted this fraud company asking them why it was cancelled without my permission, I get told oh it’s not us and maybe the airline did, after arguing so much I finally asked for a refund they still tried to convince me that they will buy another ticket for me and give my ticket straight away, like I was going to trust them again, this does not end here I was told I will get my refund 7/10 days after 10 days still no refund, I email asking why I have not received my refund yet, I get told they willProcess soon, at the end of this I had to get my credit card company involved and they got my refund, luckily I paid with credit card, please do not use this company they are a scam fraud company,
Absolutely agree with everything atrociously written about this company, they use viaglights.co.uk and ask for more money, they cancel before your flights due and still awaiting my refund that they have made every excuse under the sun not to refund ie: it’s an issue with stripe, there is an issue technically which I am sure when they take your money it will be in their bank account that day but not in yours, check the bank for your refund it should be in within such and such a date that never comes. Watchdog, fraudulent company needs to be named and shamed robbing people of their money and unwilling to return when they cancel the flights. Never give this company your money! Bunch of liars !
