Ava in Customer Service is the only reason I decided to keep the product and try it out on our truck. When I first received my lights, one of them was cracked and busted. I emailed the company and got a quick response back from Ava. She immediately assisted me by contacting the correct department and sticking with me to make sure I received it. I didn’t have to deal with several different people just the one person and she was great thank you again Ava.

Disappointing experience with door seals

I purchased door seals and they do not fit my vehicle. The magnets are flimsy and ineffective, and the length exceeds the specifications for my car. When I reached out for a return, they required me to provide photos as proof that the seal was unused and the packaging was intact. Since then, they've stopped communicating and haven’t provided any return instructions or address. This experience reflects poorly on this non-domestic company, which offers subpar quality and customer support. BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE BUYING.

The service was prompt in responding to my questions after I received my products. They truly exceeded my expectations in helping me. Responsive and Unique Products!

The service was quick to respond to my inquiries after I received my items. They were very accommodating in assisting me as well. The products are fantastic and look just like they do on the website. I love having them in my car because they are unique and don’t require frequent charging thanks to their motion sensors. Really impressive and attractive!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Please, do not buy anything from this company. I purchased a product that was supposed to fit over my vehicle's sill plate, but it didn’t fit at all, and it kept falling off. They even suggested using tape, which was not mentioned in the advertisement. Their customer service is unresponsive and they do not honor their warranty. I have had to send multiple videos and have received no help. This company is disreputable and their products are not worth the hassle.

Disappointing Experience

I bought a full set for my vehicle, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, when I tried to install them, they didn’t fit at all. The rear doors curved, and the plates were flat, making it impossible for them to adhere properly. Customer service suggested removing the original sill plates, which I refused to do. I attempted to get a refund, but their responses were unhelpful and frustrating. I regret this purchase and would advise others to steer clear!
