Review Time
This my second time ordering (always give a 2nd chance)however after taking monies from my card for an order and sending me emails days apart saying all items were SHIPPED. I then received a refund email for the main item ordered. No email explanation. Their communication is rubbish. And they had 4 days from order paid and accepted to order has been shipped in FULL to a sudden refund email. WT? You either shipped it or didn’t.
So when I get matches and no main order item I will be thrilled considering you took my money for 4 days + and told me it had been SHIPPED. No idea how long the refund will take. and to add insult to injury CHARGED me £5.95 postage. I would have cancelled the order IF TOLD the main item was not coming after all.

What a great shop! It has everything you need, not just for prepping but also for outdoor survival and camping. Best of all, when they say an item is in stock, it truly is, and they deliver it to you very quickly. I've ordered multiple times and have never had to wait more than 8 days at most. Don’t waste your time at other stores; come here first to avoid the headache of long wait times and the possibility of items not being available. The owner is honest and clearly states on the website whether items are in stock.
Excellent ... Very pleased!, Leigh is really helpful. Ordered various items on two occasions & on both the products were very well packaged with care. Dispatch/delivery were also prompt. I would highly recommend & will be purchasing from this business in the future : )
Great shop for all your emergency prepping needs and a great owner as well. Speaking to Leigh he is really passionate about his shop and looks after his customers. The reviews from Paul Smith are fake and has never ordered anything from the bug out and if you see his other reviews you can see he just trolls shops and leaves fake bad reviews. Not sure why, perhaps he is a sad lonely person with no friends. i feel sorry for him in a sad little way. Neither the less don't listen to trolls as this shop is awesome.
