I ordered a pair of boots after my mother raved about her pair of muck boots that have lasted years. I ordered them at Christmas and only started wearing them last month. Within the month the insoles have started to degrade and come apart. I have had to resort to gluing them back together which shouldn’t have happened only using them for around a month.
I have contacted the customer service team to ask for replacements insoles or a resolution and I have been told that they won’t send me any replacements and I need to purchase replacements at my own cost for boots I have owned and worn for just over a month. This is totally unacceptable, I have owned the boots for such a short space of time. Cheaper brand boots last longer - I will not be purchasing another pair. The boots are not fit for purpose and if I want to use them I have to buy more insoles. Customer service is terrible and very unhelpful, these are not cheap boots I expect better.

Beware these run big. My husband always wears size 9. Uk size in everything sorted of footwear. Never had a problem. These arrived size 9 uk and they were HUGE even with 2 pairs of thick socks they were fare too big.
RETURNS ARE EXPENSIVE. £8.50 2nd class!!!!

I already own a pair and find them to be the most comfortable boots I've ever worn, so I wanted to buy another pair as a gift! AVOID THIS PRODUCT. I purchased a pair of tall boots that were initially comfortable and well-fitted, but within two months, the internal lining eroded at the heel, making them nearly unwearable. Despite claiming their boots have a warranty, the company refused a replacement or refund, citing 'fair wear and tear' and blaming the fit, even though the other boot was fine. It seems unacceptable for a boot priced over £100 to start deteriorating in less than two months.
I ordered four pairs of boots for gifts and needed to return two. I contacted customer support about a box that was damaged in transit. I was asked to provide photos of the damaged box or face a £10 charge. I explained it wasn’t my fault and suggested the company use a new box for resale. Apparently, they don’t have spare boxes, hence the charge... This is outrageous! Sadly, this ridiculous situation has deterred me from purchasing again.
