Horrible customer service. Emailed and got very vague generic response. 6 weeks to receive. Not what I ordered. Good luck returning things. I purchased because I assumed it was an American company. Nope!!! Came from overseas, I believe China. So irritated. Wished I had read reviews before my purchase 🤬
I would give 0 stars if option. Shame on you Oprah winfrey for promoting this company. They use false advertising by NOT disclosing that returns have to be sent to China which costs more than the 2 women shorts I bought!!!! I was ok with return costs to CA since that is the only address on website. Extremely dissatisfied. The material is comfy but not flattering at all with thr fabric bunching up in front. They also took awhile to reply to my return request email which now makes sense with China return address. I also had to send a picture of the items i was returning? Why if I’m paying shipping cost????

WARNING! Don’t order from The Comfy Shorts!! I have been trying to return my order for a month now. The shorts I ordered don’t fit, but I can’t get a human response from customer service. All I get is an AI generated email response saying they will be in touch in 1-3 business days. There is no phone number available, and they are not responding to Facebook or Instagram messages either. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Stay away!! I placed my order in mid April. I did not get a tracking number until I requested the order be cancelled and I get my money refunded. Which was approximately 3 weeks. Later. It comes from China. The email support is useless. I have waited 6 weeks and still no order.
