Sizing Warnings

Be careful with sizing. I usually wear XL shirts, but the XL sizes I received are more like Medium! It feels like a considerable waste of money. I received a small credit, but it only covers one shirt replacement. The quality seems decent, but the print does not match what was shown in the initial advertisements.

Disappointing Sizing Experience

I ordered two 4XL T-shirts along with a mystery Tee. The T-shirts that arrived are too small, barely fitting as XL. Wearing them feels constrictive. The mystery Tee is even smaller and only fits my wife. Overall, a significant waste of money; I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Although they claim to be based in the US, the Tees come from China, raising concerns about their durability. In short, I feel misled.

Delivery Issues and Poor Quality

I ordered a sweater, expecting delivery in January, but found out it had a 'failed delivery' in November with no attempt made. It took me five tries to contact the support team, and they just told me to wait. After the supposed delivery attempt, they offered me $15, but my order cost more than that, including shipping! The products are from China, so the quality feels cheap, and you end up dealing with third-party carriers, making it a hassle. This experience is frustrating, and the brand should reconsider how they manage customer satisfaction.

Poor Quality and No Refund

I bought two sweatshirts and two T-shirts. The quality is terrible; the material isn't 100% cotton as claimed, and the prints are of low quality. The items I received look different from what was advertised. They come directly from China. Avoid this seller! They do not respond to emails or messages, and you won't get a refund.

Avoid This Seller

Avoid this seller! The items are unlicensed and shipped from China, taking a long time to arrive. The shirts are several sizes too small. When I contacted support for a refund, I was given the runaround, asked for pictures and measurements, yet they still weren't satisfied. A supervisor informed me I'd have to pay for return shipping and they would deduct my original shipping from the refund. They insulted me by offering $12 back or a $17 store credit without requiring the shirts back. This was a $55 order! I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
