I am very old customer of UNBOX YOUR MOBILE since 2022 and been experiencing there service since then , ordered many big and small products, I recently ordered a Samsung s23 5G and as usual I got it in brand New Sealed packed box as per there description. Very happy as usual Below I saw 2- 3 Negative reviews and they look totally fake as they have not shared any order id nor they have shared any other details, it means they have totally faked it to defame the brand.Please be aware of fake reviews , I trust this website since 2022 and they are totally genuine people with good customer support
Not that good experience because they don't have any store where we can visit if we face any kind of problem in our phone. It is totally not safe at all to stake such a good amount on these websites which don't have there any single store. After buying from them it is totally up to them whether they want to help us or just wants to ignore and ignored one can't reach anyone coz, no one is there is resolve your issue. Again I am saying just think twice before purchasing anything from this website this the final wording from my side in this review maybe it will helpful for you guys🙏
