I ordered three large Kraft magnetic boxes advertised at a special discount but was charged the full price. One box doesn’t close as the magnets misalign, another has a dented corner and looks untidy, and only one meets quality standards. I've ordered these boxes before and they were of better quality. It's frustrating to receive defective items labeled as 'sale' at full price. I reached out via email immediately but received no reply.
