We wanted to try some different food for our 3 year old cocker spaniel. She had recently had a surgical procedure and always had a problem with soft poos no matter what we tried and when we saw some of the Marleybones reviews, thought it was worth giving it a go.
We had a sample pack which she absolutely loved and it wasn’t long before we saw a lot of improvement.
She is excited at mealtimes and we love the ease of use (no freezer needed!). We still mix it with some of her old kibble as she likes the crunch and she is a very happy healthy pup!

Changed to Marleybones as my dog had completely gone off his previous food and as he won't eat anything resembling dog kibble, I wanted a food that was healthy, no unlisted ingredients, had a choice of flavours and was low in fat. Marleybones at the moment fits the bill as in my dog enjoys the food until he doesn't then I'm back to square one. For me the pros are it's good clean food, doesn't need to be frozen or chilled. The website is easy to manage and you receive rewards toward future orders plus freebies every so often. It is quite expensive and ordinarily I would buy half of what I do now and mix it with something else that's cheaper but I just can't be doing with all the faff. At the moment it's tolerable.

All responses said will be back to me 48hours which as you can see did not allow me to cancel.

I did not agree to this.
My dog would not eat the tester...
Tester means tester not subscription !
I will be sending back for refund as I class this as bad customer service and almost fraudulent.
I'm retired so low income so taking this money out of my account will affect me greatly

Absolutely wrong ... and not to have a phone number to speak to someone is disgusting.
I will be putting this on Google review
And on my Facebook page and everyone I know.

I have used butternut for years and are back with them and never had any issues.

Suggest you make it clear taking a tester means a subscription which is false selling ...

I expect a response to this email and not and excuse.

Recently subscribed and pleased with the experience.

I have just subscribed to the service and so far, everything has been positive. My dog enjoys the food, which is the most important aspect, and it is both nutritious and satisfying. Although the price is on the higher side, when I calculated the costs of adding toppers and extras with the previous food to entice my dog to eat, it isn't significantly more. I also appreciate that this food doesn't require refrigeration until opened. Additionally, I had a question that was resolved very quickly. I would recommend this service.

Well done! My dog enjoys the food and eats it with enthusiasm. I had a minor issue with a partial delivery, but the support team was very responsive and resolved it within 24 hours. I have no complaints.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The customer service felt very personal. The food is fantastic. I am transitioning from raw to this brand and was able to get a trial box while finishing my frozen food. The team made me feel valued even though I wasn't ready for a full order. I would definitely recommend!

I bought some dog treats and was impressed; my dog loved them, and they were easy to break up for smaller dogs if needed. They were quick for my dog to chew, making them ideal for a fast reward during training.
