3 nesting box for chickens - looks good , but arrived damaged - no reaponse

On opening the box of the 3 nesting box for my chickens, there was a large dent in the top section. I sent an immediate email with photos of the items in the box when I opened it. I received an acknowledgement email but no further response. I have put the unit together. The roof corner near the dent is very sharp since the angle is different with the damage. It took force to make the pieces fit in the damaged corner. I had a deadline to install the nesting box as we had new chickens. I requestsd a new roof in my original email. I received an acknowledgement email but no further communication. I then submitted a review looking forward to hearing how I will be recompenced for receiving damaged goods. No response. Thank you

Order never arrived and I purchased this a month ago. Lack of communication and would not provide a refund when i requested one. Disgusting attitude and would never ever ever buy from them again.

5 weeks to delivery from order being placed

On the 26th March 2022 I placed an order with you.On 5 April you notified me I may have to wait 7-21 days for delivery.On your reckoning I MAY get my order more than a whole month after placing it. I needed the item within a week of the order, not MAYBE 5 weeks later. Very disappointed. I've yet to receive the product so that also may be disappointing.
