Like the others…have had nothing but…

Like the others…have had nothing but bad experiences with this company (yes, I attempted TWICE bc I like the lace tint…silly me). First time didn’t receive order at all and second time, ordered 4 and only received 1. Customer service refuses to respond so I have filed a dispute through my bank for a refund. Not sure how this company is still in business if this is the majority of experiences. I’m considering reporting to Better Business Bureau so buyer beware. Not worth the trouble as they care zero about customers. Quite sad when you’re a WOC and actually want to support a black business.

Don’t bother ordering from this rude…

Don’t bother ordering from this rude woman. I bought a wig and a hair tint and I never received the hair tint. After NUMEROUS emails of asking for a refund or the status of my order, I was simply ignored! Everytime I order from here, the customer service is SOOO bad, and unprofessional it’s an actual joke. Order from here at your own risk. It will be a miracle if you even receive it.

Customer service is non existent.

After numerous efforts to contact the business in regards to my order through ( shop app and contact us page) I have received no update in regards to my order. It has surpassed the scheduled delivery time which is 2-4 days and it’s been 2 weeks. Really saddened by this customer service as I was really looking forward to receiving the product.

Don’t bother if you don’t like rude people.

Had a not so great experience when ordering from this company. Customer service has an attitude for no apparent reason. Whoever is behind the emails needs training. I don’t get why these people start business when they obviously can not handle it. As far as the product, I ordered the lace tint mousse. It’s okay. It can be very messy and I still have to use makeup so quite frankly a waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here again.
