VERY Poor quality of the product I ordered through your subscription service. I do not like the product, and I was never informed how I could return it. The only thing you were quick to do was ask for the price difference for the subscribed item.Please be aware that the items you buy online smell nothing like the ones you smell at the shopping centre stall. The perfume does not last even 10 minutes. I am thankful I only spent £20 for 10 ml as a trial.Additionally, cancelling the subscription has been another challenge. The process is unclear and unnecessarily difficult.As you being asked to buy one more item or pay the diference in price .Please avoid the Mood London ,dont waste your money
So here is the last update. Do not buy from this company. I’ll give you an and to end factual view of what has happened. I have left two previous reviews for you all to judge. In the last one “they stand by what they say” which was unbelievable in light of what I have told you and them what they have done and how they have behaved. I bought from this company. Then I bought again. A bottle completely emptied with no damage caused by me (proven in examination) to the bottle or the atomizer it is encased in. So question is why would it leak. Secondly it ruined personal items but putting that aside it ruined the atomizer also. I don’t live near the Brent cross store so can’t make a special trip for this but I thought I had a relationship with this company and the person who sold me the items twice over. I took it to them at the start of Jan and they told me to bring in the bottle and made it sound like that would be all I needed to do. I stressed it wouldn’t be for 4-5 weeks as I don’t come to Brent Cross often. Was told that was ok. I was and have been happy to talk to someone who makes decisions all along. I have been happy to send videos or photos to give them what they need. They haven’t asked once. Despite this back and forth and all attempts to get their help. Nothing at all. When I went home a month ago I thought I better also report it via phone but then found that this company doesnt have a phone number. Just an online form to log the issue. I stressed that I would like a phone call. They never made one. They instead just said that taking it to store for inspection was best. They’ve responded to two reviews I have placed here and lied in both. They really don’t want to understand what has happened. They want to publicly come across as engaging even thought they contradict and humiliate themselves with their responses. Today I took the bottle to Brent Cross. Upon inspection the person could see there was no damage caused to the bottle, I stood there for over 20 minutes while she made a call and then came back to tell me to email in! They knew who I was from the original time in Jan I fed back about the leaking bottle and damaged atomizer. I played it all back to the person and pointed out I had now followed all advice including taking the bottle in to show them having told them about the issue over a month ago. I told them I have emailed and also asked to speak to someone who ignored the request. On Trustpilot they have the nerve to try and come across as “sorry” but refuse to acknowledge how dodgy they are constantly proving to be. Today the matter is over for me. They told me today in the end in Brent Cross after making a second call to someone now here that as it is over 30 days since purchase the matter is over. So despite following all the advice, all the interactions and highlighting their totally pathetic excuses (private and public) and treating customers like a circus animal who jumps through hoops - they deem the matter over. Honestly this is the truth. Buy from them if you want to take the risk. If something goes wrong they are habitual liars who treat their customers like thieves who are trying to steal from them. There is not a bone in their body where they actually see a situation for what it is and even attempt to do the right thing. They are thinking about their pockets only. We live and learn. You get what you pay for generally and this faceless company and whoever runs it plainly doesn’t like their customers. Funny because they will only be successful if they treat customers the right way.
OMG the fragrances are beautiful. I have had several different ones over the years, however White Oud is a favourite. Everytime I wear them I get stopped and asked 'what are you wearing' Also what I do like is that anyone can wear it - there are no boundaries. Off to MK this weekend to stock up 😀
This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED go look elsewhere for work before they waste your time. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I turned up in a long sleeve black dress to my knee with tights and they then said it was not appropriate and sent me home 20 minutes into my trial shift for it when it was written in the women’s dress code BLACK DRESS, when I asked what was wrong with my dress the girl couldn’t even tell me and just said it was instructed by the manager, not to mention no manager or team leader was on site present for my trial shift the longest working member of staff present who was training me had only been working there FOR A WEEK. Honestly mood London is a complete joke I called the manager out of confusion to see what the issue was with my outfit and she told me that I was sent home because when she checked the shopping centre cameras of the stand to review me it apparently appeared that it looked like I was wearing a T-shirt? This lady was at home when she called me as she explained when saying she had poor telephone connection. How could it even be possible to have access to the cameras of the shopping centre to check what I’m wearing?and if so i believe that is not right and completely unfair and against my rights, she then explained to me I should have worn a blazer on top of the dress but a blazer was nowhere stated on the dress code description anywhere at all so how was I expected to know to wear that. From the moment i got told a 21 year old confused girl who only had worked there for a week was going to train me i knew this company was a facade and things weren’t right because she didn’t even know what information to give me or how to carry herself when instructing me when we met. The other girl on the trial shift had to ask multiple questions for us to get any type of information about our role and what was expected of us. All together this company is A WASTE OF YOUR TIME THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SENSE OF HUMAN DECENCY AND WILL NOT RESPECT YOU OR YOUR TIME LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR WORK.
the blonde maracuja perfume had been on my wish list for weeks, eventually gave in on the last five minutes of my work break and approached the bullring concession. mielle was so efficient, personable, and let me spray the fragrance freely in my hair and all over my coat - to which i got compliments all the way home. what a great asset to the team, excited to try the candles next
Poor Recruitment and you never hear back even after a senior position application and meeting. I think it's like most young market brands, get rich quick and live the insta life. Really poor as I was hoping to lead the brand to new heights with my experience.
