I received my fourth order from The Essence Vault and am now officially in love with 933. It’s now my go to autumn/winter fragrance (I still love 210 for spring/summer). Fab quality scents - they last for hours and don’t appear to go ‘off’ after a while. I won’t buy perfume from anywhere else now - why would you at these prices?
Good value for money, express delivery and i had a minor problem with one of the bottles leaking but it was all sorted in a matter of a few emails. Arham helped me sorting the problem out and a replacement was sent out in a matter of days, cant fault them for their services, much appreciated
The fragrances smell nothing like described, they have a strong chemical smell and each sample i purchased is unwearable and has had to go in the bin. I'm not sure where they are getting their positive reviews. Personally I'd avoid unless you want to smell like you've made your own scent from cleaning product and essential oil.
Ordered 3 fragrances but they were not like the originals. I liked the one inspired by Sauvage even though it was only similar however it also lasts long because it's a bit oily. Customer service is great though as Peter was very helpful. I returned the perfumes I didn't like but I'm not happy that I had to pay for the return. I then reordered 2 of the Sauvage inspired fragrance.
