Finding myself in a position where I probably have not had to interview for a job in 15-20 years, discovering Molly’s Program, The Executive Job Search (TEJS), has made a significant impact on my approach. Her program is very well structured, thoroughly thought through, and presented in a way that makes it digestible and impactful. Her targeted modules around things such as Networking and Smart Questions, Positioning Statement, Resume suggestions, LinkedIn Profile input, are tremendous resources and have really made me think differently. I have never been great at Networking, and still have room for improvement, however, Molly’s modules on this and the related Smart Questions have transformed the way I approach networking now and into the future. Additionally, her insights on interviewing have been tremendous; controlling the conversation, having the interviewer talk 90% of the time by using smart questions, and properly preparing all have proven successful for me. It works, you are in control, and the interview is much more impactful. Group coaching sessions, the ongoing support, and deep dive sessions are very helpful as you get to learn from others in your position and get Molly’s coaching even if you are not the one asking the question. I also appreciate that these items are available on demand so even if you miss a session or want to go back and review it again it is there, and this is something I find extremely helpful.TEJS is a great program, and I completely recommend it to anyone who needs assistance and is ready to learn a different, but more effective Executive Job Search approach.
OK folks! Buckle up and enjoy the ride. Just like the title of this review says, and in the infamous lyrics by Rod Stewart, "I wish that I knew what I knew now when I was younger," but let's substitute the last part to "six months ago." I owned my own business and was looking to sell it and get back into the corporate world. So, basically, I hadn't been through the job seeking process for many years, and believe me it has changed dramatically. After trying the "old fashion way" strolling through job boards, LinkedIn and several others, I saw Molly's ad and decided to give it a try. I mean, we use coaches in all other aspects of our lives, why not this. So, after signing up and getting access to the voluminous resources available and working through the modules and lessons, along with Molly's live coaching classes, she presented a new perspective on "marketing" yourself for your next role. It's not about doing or being who you've always been, it's a journey on self discovery and finding out what you really want to be. Then positioning for your future self. I joined the program in February 2025, after three job opportunities fell apart, including one reaching the final interview stage. They were good opportunities with a good fit. I realized that looking for a job at the Executive/Sr level at 52 was way different, and I needed to change the approach. I compete in Triathlons, and if you want to move to the next level, you need a coach to perform better. I applied the same logic, and after seeing Molly's advertisement on FB, I joined the program.I applied many of her insights to my resume, LinkedIn page, interviews, networking, and finding/creating opportunities. I am the best example of her program. I ended up with two job offers, and I was in process with another company by the time I accepted the offer.
