Today I decided to start fixing my credit but I didn’t know where to begin. I looked up a number on the report and I got so blessed to have worked with Rosemary today. I was going through the debt on my credit report and calling each of them individually. One of the numbers listed in my debt was credit sage and when I called them and they told me they could help me with all my accounts I was sold. I read afterwards that they scam people but I really hope that’s not the case and that I’ll see improvements to my credit score. The woman I spoke to was very professional and explanatory. I’m a single mother and I just want to be able to buy a house. So I’m praying I wasn’t just scammed.
This is a rip off , the person on the phone lead me to believe I was actually paying off my debt but I wasn't and signed me up for a 90$ subscription and charged my bank 800 . Im currently looking into how I can get my refund
Don't give them your money like I did. It's a scam!!!! I paid 534.00$ for nothing. My credit score decreased more. I should have paid the collection instead of wasting my money. Rosemary is the biggest con. STAY AWAY from Credit Sage.
I would give them no stars if I could. I called thinking I was talking to LVNV to settle a debt. Paid $578 just to find out that they are doing the same service that I am getting through UQUAL (which is wonderful and they only charge $89 to start up and then $99 per month. I highly recommend UQual if you need credit support. Not once did CreditSage correct me and tell me that they were not a part of LVNV. I am pissed and out a whole $578.

This service is truly a waste of money. Initially, I expressed my concerns about trusting them after they had already deceived me. They should be honest and disclose that there’s a monthly fee of $99, but instead, they pressure you to sign the contract without providing any of that information. There are so many scams out there today.
It felt like a scam. I contacted the company to settle a debt that was negatively affecting my credit report. Instead of being directed to pay the balance, I was subjected to a hard sales pitch to pay for its removal from my credit. They also offered a credit monitoring service for $1 a month. I agreed, unaware that the fee would rise to $24.99 after a week. I was informed that the dollar charge was merely for accessing my credit scores. The recurring fee and membership details were only revealed after I was already committed. When I logged in, there was no option to cancel, forcing me to call a number to avoid the monthly $24.99 charge. I am very disappointed. I had to track down the source of the credit debt myself to pay it off, and I received no assistance in achieving my goal.
