Gave literally 0 tracking data. Told me my order was on its way for an hour from a store that was 8 minutes away by walking. Im the sickest ive been in my entire life, having just done a round of chemo, and was trying to order some sort of food that wouldnt bother my gut. They refused to cancel my order until 30 minutes after the order was meant to be delivered. Ended up waiting 90 minutes in total.
can't say it's a scam business but it's at your own risk ordering from them because they disconnect you when you complain, they refuse refunds when they items are defective, also they dont respond to you in live chat for 6 hours
I ordered a Starbucks drink from the location I get deliveries from. Same drink I order once a month. When I got it this time it was some clear liquid. They reissued another one but the second one I got ended up being the same thing. They refuse to issue a refund. Had I known they were going to mess the order up a second time I would've just got the refund.
This was my first and last experience with the service. They are more frustrating than other delivery platforms combined. It feels like they profit by making things harder for those who are already dealing with inconveniences. I only gave it 1 star to share my thoughts; otherwise, they wouldn't even deserve that. I placed an order and didn't receive all my items, and they had the audacity to hassle me about their inadequate fee, which prevented me from getting a full refund for something I paid for. This is the worst service I've ever encountered!
It’s disappointing to see that drivers with valid documentation have been on the waitlist for five years, while the service allows scammers to handle deliveries. It's unfortunate that a significant percentage of their drivers are using rented accounts.
I placed an order through the platform today, was informed it was on its way and would arrive at a specific time, only to be told there was an issue and to contact the driver, but no phone number was provided, leaving me unable to reach out. The order was then cancelled without any explanation, and I can confidently say I will never use this service again. I reached out to customer support, who were very helpful and clarified the situation, but ultimately the order was still cancelled. Now, I have to wait five days for my credit card to be refunded.
They escalate issues to a specialist, but it often feels like I'm just talking to another bot or receiving generic responses. The drivers frequently disregard my delivery instructions, and when I voice my concerns, they promise to report it but I never get any follow-up. My orders keep getting left in the snow. The service used to provide much better customer support. Now, they end chats prematurely before I finish. I doubt my negative feedback will lead to any real change.
Terrible Experience! Avoid This Service. They keep you waiting for hours and then cancel your order without any notice. I would rate it 0 Stars if I could. The charges are outrageous too. Consider this a WARNING! They do not deliver!
The wait was excessively long; I felt like I was waiting forever just for my order to be picked. The delivery time kept getting pushed back, eventually by over an hour... it was too late for dinner. I ended up canceling my order and membership. Very disappointing. I'm going to bed hungry.
We placed an order worth 25, and despite being a loyal customer, they only sent half of it. Upon realizing the incomplete order, I reached out to them, but they refused to assist or contact the courier. We're planning to file a complaint with the local authorities as they kept 60% of our order value. This seems to be their way of making money.
