Please do thorough research before trusting any prop firm with your moneyI am sharing my honest experience with TheFundedRoom.After purchasing and using the account, I discovered a Martingale-related rule that is not clearly mentioned on their website or official rule documentation. In a prop firm, transparency is extremely important. Hidden or unclear rules can directly impact trading strategy and risk management.I also faced serious technical issues on the platform:The platform was lagging frequently.After candle refresh, price data changed unexpectedly.While my trade was running, the website suddenly showed “Under Maintenance.”Customer support did not respond during this critical time.I have proper screen recordings and screenshots as proof.Fortunately, this specific trade did not close in a large loss. But if it had caused a breach of daily drawdown or maximum drawdown due to platform issues, who would take responsibility?I understand that new firms may go through updates and improvements. However, traders should always be informed in advance about rule changes or maintenance so they can manage their open positions properly.Transparency, stability, and communication are basic expectations in a prop trading firm.I hope the company improves its clarity and platform reliability going forward.
