We had an outstanding experience with the service. When I first spoke to the representative on the phone, he was incredibly polite and helpful, scheduling the broadband installation just three days after our call. On the installation day, I returned a bit late from the school run, but when I contacted the support team, they were very understanding and waited for me to arrive home. The technician and his colleague were exceptionally efficient, completing the installation in just one hour.
The installer was incredibly helpful, coordinating a schedule that accommodated my childcare and work commitments. We were online within half an hour, and he thoroughly discussed all options regarding the router and cable placement. He was very supportive and ensured everything was left tidy and functioning perfectly.
The technician was fantastic. He installed our fibre yesterday, demonstrated great expertise, and had everything up and running in no time. When we accidentally damaged the cable, he took the time to assess the situation and returned first thing the next morning to restore our internet connection. If it were possible, I would rate him higher than 5 stars.
The representative arrived punctually and handled the installation effortlessly. Initially, I was slightly let down that it wasn't a famous figure installing my broadband, but the overall experience turned out to be quite positive.
The two gentlemen who arrived were extremely courteous and respectful, even though it was late. They ensured everything was properly set up before departing. One of the representatives was very amiable and assisted us with all our questions, and they handled our wiring without any problems.
Kyle Johnson was friendly and polite during the installation. He explained everything clearly and ensured all was working well. He even took off his shoes to keep the house clean and left everything tidy. Highly recommend for the excellent service.
