I received an email confirmation stating that tickets would be sent 48 hours before the show we selected. After numerous follow-ups without receiving the tickets, I was finally informed at 6:39 AM on the day of the event that the tickets were unavailable and offered the option to rebook. We attempted to rebook and requested compensation since we had taken time off work and made travel arrangements, but we have not received any response despite multiple emails. The lack of contact options on the website is also concerning, so I advise caution when using this service.
