Traumatic!

Traumatic! Dramatic! and Problematic! That's what I've experienced with every estate agent over the last few years - until I met Michelle Ferbrache. Oh my goodness. What a difference she made to the process of property purchase and sale. Stress free! Sadly my sale and purchase fell through not because of any fault from The Good Estate Agent, but because my own property developed major problems that needed sorting, which I'm hopeful will be concluded very soon. Michelle has been the epitome of support and kindness throughout the whole process. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I can't see why people use this agency…

I can't see why people use this agency for houses in London. We tried to book a viewing yesterday for today, and were given a tentative booking for this morning. We were told to await confirmation. Several mails later, and only a half hour until we were due to see the house, we got a mail saying it wasn't possible. Why not let us know yesterday, so that we could book to see another house? Not impressed
