Michelle was a great support from start to finish. It was a hard task selling my family home and she took on board all aspects of the sale and my family needs as we went along. It sold within 3 weeks. She also kept me updated on all aspects of the sale and made sure everything went smoothly with the property I was purchasing offering great communications with another estate agent, solicitors, surveyor etc. I couldn't be more greatful as we settle into our new family home. :)
When my Mum went into a Nursing Home it was a stressful time to get her house sold to fund her ongoing needs. Seymours in Camberley were amazing throughout and I cannot fault the service they provided. I would highly recommend them for the advise they gave me and the work they put in to achieve a quick sale. Graham has extensive knowledge of Sunderland. He's accommodating, proactive and very hands-on as well as being friendly and professional. He's managing a let property for us; he found good tenants and keeps us informed of our duties as landlords. Graham keeps in regular contact, is quick to respond and communication flows easily. This was easily best service I’ve had from an estate agent. Michelle remained focused and committed from initial viewings, to agreeing a sale and then tenaciously chasing all parties during the conveyancing process to ensure that we managed to finally get the sale over the line. I cannot rate this business enough. This is the professionalism you always want but rarely get. Michelle was faultless from the very beginning. She had us two viewings lined up before the post went live, and we had an offer within weeks. And Michelle’s communication was prompt and always helpful.
