I placed an order on 28 November 2025 for a cooker hood. On 10 December, I was informed via email that the item was out of stock and had not been dispatched, with alternative models offered. I requested a full refund and made it clear that I did not want a substitute. Despite following up several times, I have not received any response or confirmation of my refund. As of 03 January 2026, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. The lack of communication regarding my refund is quite disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering unless stock and delivery can be assured.

I bought an extractor and an induction hob, but I'm very unhappy with the results. The extractor hardly removes steam, and the induction hob is extremely noisy. It also showed an E3 error during the first use, indicating a temperature sensor failure. I reached out multiple times to the support team without any response. I have provided videos demonstrating the issue. I would like to return the items and receive a full refund.
