I wanted to share my experience regarding the house purchase. I was left significantly out of pocket due to assurances that were not fulfilled. I had to constantly reach out for information, which was rarely provided proactively. Promised updates were not received unless I asked. I found the service unacceptable, and I would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution.
The representative was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She consistently provided feedback from viewings and guided us through any uncertainties. After the sale, she even printed documents from the solicitors and explained everything. Thank you for making the process easier.
I recently purchased a house through the service and had a fantastic experience. Mark Collis was amazing from start to finish, we would highly recommend! Our flat was on the market with Romans from August 2024 to around Jan 2025 and we’re left disappointed by the service. We were recommended The good estate agent and found Mark. Mark was amazing quality vetted viewings over quantity also Mark did his best to group viewing together to avoid lots of disruption which was welcome as we had a toddler to work around. Mark always ensured we had feedback and within a couple of months with Mark we had our asking price offered! Mark was there every step of the way and went above and beyond in terms of being available and chasing solicitors up and moving things along. We were not charged a ridiculous fee, it was reasonable and relative to the property asking price. A very genuine man who really did his absolute best. It felt a very personal service. Now in our new home and although we don’t wish to move again for a VERY long time we highly recommend Mark Collis to anyone thinking of moving and wanting quality viewings and honest personal service!

Have worked with Michael at the Loughton branch a few times now. Really happy with the service. He is very good at delivering bad news, similarly he is very natural at listening to bad news. This time around my move coincided with a pretty bad personal issue at my end, but Michael was sympathetic throughout. Would happily use again, but I might swerve moving for a bit. Highly recommended.
