I use "Grabit" pro in a kneemill to remove stripped screws from CNC tooling. using a 9/32 collet and a # "Grabit" proper for the screw size, I secure the tool in the vice with the screw as straight as possible. then align the drill tip side of the "Grabit" to the center of the stripped hole, we are drilling in reverse and at a slow speed. drill to a depth about equal to the length of the tip. flip the "Grabit" bit to the "Grabit" side move the tool into the hole pushing the tool firmly in the hole reverse the spindle again at a slow speed, this causes the tool to grab and reverse the screw out of the hole.

The improvements that I would suggest: 1. Maybe a little fancier box with the logo and contact information imprinted on it. 2. I have the instructions on the cardboard insert that could peel away but still connected just like the instructions on a bottle of weed killer.
