Trustworthy retailer! Due to shipment delay, the team personally delivered the bag and was also surprised by a box of cupcakes given together. The packaging and delivery process can be further improved. There was no official receipt given from the actual store in Milan. The bag was received very warm upon delivery (placed in car boots?)…not sure if it was taken good care of during the process as prolonged exposure to excessive heat will be harmful to leather goods.
