I got scammed!!! Bought some milwaukee batteries only to find out they were store returns...took em back 2 days later cause they didn't work properly, they might as well of told me to go pound sand,told me to contact milwaukee, I only had them 2 days!!! Not reputable seller but trusted scammers

Throughout the whole experience of ordering and having to return a faulty item, they were top notch. First the next day delivery, second the very competitive prices and third the incredible customer service when returning said faulty item.Massive shout out to Hannah who was very communicative, kept on top of everything and clarified every step with the utmost clarity. It was unfortunate the item was faulty, otherwise the service with full refund left me impressed. Need more customer service like this in the UK. Gold standard.
