I recently bought a new home equipped with appliances from a certain company. I've encountered issues with two appliances - a microwave and a chimney hood fan. Be warned that this company does NOT provide service for what they sell, instead directing you to their suppliers. In my case, the microwave was deemed unrepairable by a local repair shop referred by the supplier. I'm still waiting to hear about a replacement, and the company is unhelpful. For the hood fan, they directed me to the distributor, who has failed to arrange a local repair twice. This company clearly does not support their products, pushing you back to suppliers who lack commitment to customer service. I expected better; a streamlined warranty service should be their model, but it’s not. In the future, I will be looking elsewhere for my appliance needs.
I appreciated the option to order a rare apartment-size stove. The after-sale response from the manufacturer was excellent when I reported a flaw with the burners. They sent replacements promptly! However, there are design issues—like the oven light staying on while in use, which burned out quickly. Improvements could include a switch for the oven light and a plug-in on the stove's back panel. My previous appliance did not perform well over time, leading to concerns about long-term reliability. The online ordering process was efficient, and they even offered an earlier local option, but my needs were quite specific. A customer satisfaction survey could benefit manufacturers.
I had an excellent customer service experience! In late November, I was searching for a small stackable washer and dryer. After a disappointing experience at another store, I decided to check out this company. Wow, the customer service was exceptional! I ended up purchasing an all-in-one washer/dryer combo at a great deal. My salesperson was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this salesperson. The unit is on its way, so I can't review the after-purchase service yet, but I anticipate it will be just as good.
The grill I purchased is excellent, and the financial resolution (price match and delivery refund) demonstrated solid commitment from the company. However, the buying process was unnecessarily stressful, with chaotic delivery logistics marked by system errors and poor communication. While the product is great and the final financial outcome satisfactory, the scheduling and administrative aspects need improvement. I also faced challenges in obtaining accurate measurements from the manufacturer.
We were persuaded to buy a front load washer and were promised we would love it. The salesman even provided his contact information for follow-up. Unfortunately, we hate it! After reaching out with photos of unclean laundry, we received no help and were not informed that we could purchase another machine, incurring restocking fees. I'm extremely disappointed.
The after-sales service is the worst. They do not honor their guarantees. I bought a house with their appliances, and when the fridge broke, they sent a technician multiple times without a proper fix. Instead of replacing it, they sent a used mini fridge that was moldy. I've been dealing with this for nearly two months with no response. Avoid purchasing anything from this company.
