Upon receiving the family Christmas jerseys I ordered, I noticed a mistake in the spelling of my last name. The intake form only had a space for the last name, and mine ends with a Z. I expected it to be labeled as the ____Z's family Christmas, but instead, it appeared as the _____ZES family Christmas, which is incorrect. I contacted the company, and they promptly offered to correct the jerseys and send them out right away.

Whenever we travel abroad, we’ve made it our habit to buy soccer jerseys for our grandchildren as gifts. Ordered a month ago, they still haven’t given the product to USPS for shipping. Customer service is outsourced and takes three days to respond with a non answer. Wish I’d have read the reviews before I ordered. Starting a dispute with my credit card company.
